Dr. Luu is a Bay Area native who graduated from UC Berkeley in 2007 and later obtained her doctorate in veterinary medicine from Michigan Statue University in 2014. After graduation, she returned to California to practice general medicine in a small rural town north of Yosemite before moving back home to the Bay Area in 2016. 

Dr. Luu's special interests include preventative care, dentistry, nutrition and geriatric palliative care. She enjoys client education and tailoring her treatment plans to each individual's needs. 

When Dr. Lu is not working, she is rock climbing with her dog, Kipper. Some of her favorite places include the eastern Sierras and Yosemite Valley. She also enjoys cooking, painting, and the company of her cat, Hamachi.
