Alicia is the Hospital Manager at Parkway and is a native of the Bay Area. She cherishes the chance to support clients and patients in the Tri-Valley region and feels fortunate to work in the vibrant city of Dublin! With a lifelong passion for animals and a commitment to assisting their human families, Alicia stands out as only the third hospital manager in California to earn her Fear Free Veterinary Certification and the twelfth in the entire nation!

Alicia is married and proudly identifies as a USAF wife. She has two children and two adorable rescue pets: a six-year-old Lab/Wirehair Pointer named Birdie and a six-year-old terrier mix named Otis, who has a unique appearance. When asked about Otis's breed, Alicia humorously claims he is a pure-bred good boy! In her leisure time, Alicia and her family enjoy traveling—preferably to places near water—or attending San Diego Padres games. Additionally, she has a passion for true crime, loves tackling DIY home improvement projects with her husband, and delights in baking her famous browned butter chocolate chip cookies.
