Alicia is the Hospital Manager at Pleasanton Veterinary Hospital and a proud Bay Area native who loves serving the pets and people of the Tri-Valley community. She feels incredibly lucky to do what she loves in the vibrant city of Pleasanton (where there always seems to be a tail wagging or a cat purring nearby). With a lifelong love for animals and a genuine heart for their humans, Alicia is especially proud to be one of only three hospital managers in California (and just twelve nationwide!) to hold a Fear Free Veterinary Certification. She’s deeply passionate about making veterinary visits calmer, kinder, and a whole lot less scary for every pet who walks through the door.

When she’s not keeping the hospital running smoothly, Alicia is busy living military family life as a proud Air Force wife and mom to two amazing kids, all while managing a wonderfully chaotic household. Her fur-four includes Birdie, a sweet and sassy Chocolate Lab/Wirehair Pointer mix; Otis, a terrier mix with an unforgettable face and an even bigger heart; and the newest additions, Iris and Biscuit - black and yellow English Lab sisters who bring equal parts puppy teeth, energy, and love.

Outside of work, Alicia is always on the go. She loves sunset walks by the water, cheering on the San Diego Padres, and getting hooked on a good true crime documentary. She and her husband enjoy taking on DIY home projects together, and she’s well known for baking legendary browned butter chocolate chip cookies - basically happiness in cookie form.
