Alicia is the Hospital Manager at Parkway Veterinary Hospital and a proud Bay Area native. She is passionate about supporting the clients and patients in the Tri-Valley region and feels fortunate to work in the vibrant city of Dublin! With a lifelong love for animals and a deep commitment to their human families, Alicia is excited to be only the third hospital manager in California (and the twelfth in the entire country!) to earn her Fear Free Veterinary Certification.

Outside of managing the hospital, Alicia embraces the adventure of being a proud USAF wife, raising two kids, and sharing her home with three wonderful rescue pets: Olive, a sweet but feisty eight week old Black Lab, Birdie, a seven-year-old Lab/Wirehair Pointer, Otis, a seven-year-old terrier mix with one of the most distinctive faces you’ll ever see. When asked about Otis’s breed, Alicia loves to jokingly say he’s a “pure-bred good boy!”

In her spare time, Alicia and her family are always exploring—whether it’s traveling to beachy destinations (because who doesn’t love the water?) or cheering on the San Diego Padres. Alicia also has a passion for true crime, enjoys tackling DIY home improvement projects with her husband, and can frequently be found baking her famous browned butter chocolate chip cookies—just one bite and you’ll be hooked!
